Once your parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier, you can stay up-to-date with the status of your delivery by using the parcel service’s tracking tool with your order tracking number:

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Some products have longer delivery times than others despite being shipped to the same country. Delivery takes longer when we don’t have the product in stock in our distribution center. In this case we need to order it from one of our shops or the manufacturer before we can send it to you.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT OPTION

Delivery times also vary between shipping companies. The estimated delivery time for our standard shipping rate is displayed on every product page.


Please note that the transit times on these general information pages don’t take product availability into account.

With the payment option "prepayment", we dispatch your order once we have received your payment. The processing of the money transfer can delay the delivery by a few days.
